From the evidence available, the late Mary Jo Kopechne was still alive after the crash occurred. She had moved into the back seat (or was there from the beginning, which has some horrors of its own if contemplated), and was breathing in the bubble. If the late Edward Kennedy had promptly reported the accident, instead of being absent for MORE THAN EIGHT HOURS, she might have survived.<br /><br />2. We will never know with certainty what the late Ms. Kopechne's physical state really was: her body was released without an autopsy.<br /><br />These two facts combined to inform me, long before the <i>Cirque de O.J.</i>, that we have the best system of criminal justice that money can buy.Bernard Brandthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00159541603126407072noreply@blogger.com
