When I was doing my varsity paper earlier this year I was regularly up at 5 or 5.30am to get an hour or two of study done before I headed off to teach my six year olds for the day. But winter saw me hiding in bed for a while longer. Now spring is well advanced and I *should* soon be showing more discipline and getting up for a pre-work bit of walking or lane-swimming.
