Poor Planning

Haven't the time and knowledge to do much hurricane blogging, but I noticed this on the AP site. Given the thousands of people trapped at the SuperDome and Convention Center, it makes you wonder a bit...

The caption:

There are over 200 large school busses sitting in that lot, which if they'd been got to a staging area above water before hand could be ferrying a good 10,000 people per trip out of the area.
