Our oldest walked into the bedroom this morning bearing a nursing pad (for those of you who don't have to deal with these things, it's a round, white, absorbent pad about three inches in diameter designed to keep mommy from leaking through her shirt). She held it up, looked solemnly around, and intoned: "This is Jesus. All of you bow your heads when I hold up Jesus."

My 4-year-old used to do that, mainly when he was 2. He'd be sitting in a high-chair at McDonald's, hold up a chicken nugget in both hands and in solemn baby-talk announce, "This my body, give up you". Then he'd set it down, and bow. Then he'd do the same with his cup.
Ow! Hot chocolate snorted through nose! Bad Darwin!
I take it you guys go to Mass at the Jesuit seminary down the road, eh?
;)
Cute story. Jesus and Mary are smiling for sure.
