We attempt to make up for the lack of substantive posts lately by letting the world in on a discovery that we made some weeks ago: we have one more child than we had hitherto suspected. How exactly this new addition crept into the family without our knowledge I cannot say, but he/she is certainly welcome and encouraged to get bigger soon so that he can be tasked with picking up toys and such along with the other offspring.
Asked how she felt about these developments, MrsDarwin (who proved to have been concealing the new addition from the rest of the family, unbeknownst even to herself) responded, "Tired."

Félicitations!
Awesome news! Congrats.
Unless I'm a clueless dimwit - CONGRATULATIONS!!! (very jealous...)
Wonderful! Congrats (and best wishes for some rest to the Mrs.!).
CONGRATULATIONS! :-)
Fabulous! Congratulations! (And prayers for some rest for the Mrs.) :)
Another Darwin... I'll drink to that! Congrats!
Congratulations!
Congratulations!
Congratulations!!!!!
And many prayers for mama and baby. That first trimester exhaustion is a beast.
We're very excited for you guys. Congratulations!
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
Our #5 was the only one we "planned" for a particular birth month. The other six were more or less surprises. We never were the poster couple for nfp :), if there is such a thing.
CONGRATS! God bless mommy & baby.
Congratulations!
CONGRATULATIONS! I remember when we had our number 5. That was the one when it seemed like EVERYBODY in the family & Church just HAD to make disparaging comments about having another kid. (That's one of the reasons Charismatics are on my dirt list!) Fortunately, he turned out to be one of funniest kids we had. He brought a lot of joy to our lives.
He's now a CEE BEE (Can Do!, Construimus et Batuimus ("We Have Built [Them] Up and We Have Beaten/Knocked [Them] Down"); (Unofficial Motto) Construimus, Batuimus, Bibimus! ("We build [Them] up, We beat [Them] down, [Then] We drink!)")serving in Pearl Harbor. (It's a tough job defending the country & sacrifices got to be made!)
Anyway, It's my earnest prayer that you don't have to go through what we went through during the pregnancy & that your number five gives you as much joy as we had from our number five.
Remember, these are your good old days!
The more, the merrier!
The more, the merrier!
Congratulations!! Hope Mrs D can get some rest and that this pregnancy and birth are blissfully uneventful and easy. :-)
Congratulations!! That's wonderful news...perhaps Jack will get a little brother to play with. = )
Congratulations! Wonderful news.
Congratulations. Here's hoping for a little guy that Jack can lead into trouble. ;)
One way to rebuild the culture of life is to have more kids than the other guys. Congratulations and blessings!
My favorite response to those who comment on family size, courtesy a cousin: My kids will be paying for your social security.
Congratulations!
God bleass you all...and sounds like you could use some extra prayers.
Congratulations!! You can't see me, and I don't know you at all, but I'm squeeing over here in Houston.
Mega congratulations!!
+JMJ+
This is great news! I'll offer some prayers for your now-bigger family tonight. =)
