Well, it takes me forever to get pix scanned in and resized, so you don't get to see ultrasound photos yet, but we're happy to inform you that it's a
GIRL!
That makes -- count 'em! -- four girls and one boy for the Darwins. Young Miss Healthy Princess was very wiggly and waved to us several times. This is the first time that I've been able to look at an ultrasound profile and immediately say, "Oh, she's going to look just like so-and-so!"
Good thing I didn't pass on the little girl clothes yet...
And speaking of little girls, my sister's daughter is probably arriving sometime this week, so please keep them in your prayers.

Yahoo! Congratulations!
I'm glad to know that someone is rearing some good Catholic girls. Not to arrange marriages or anything, yet, but at least there might be some prospects one day for all of these boys.
Congratulations. I bet Darwin, Jr. grows up knowing how to mind his p's and q's around women! (That or becomes a mountain man.)
Congratulations on good health and a baby girl. I love girls (and boys). :)
;)
Congratulations - and how fun to be able to see who the baby will resemble from such an early age. That is really neat.
And I'm still chortling about CMinor's comment. Mountain man - lol. We have a local family with 8 girls and 3 boys and none of the boys have become mountain men (yet), but I have my suspicions about the second one... but yes, they certainly know how to behave well around women.

This is wonderful! =)
With five kids you could field a basketball team.

Congratulations!
My sympathies to little Jack though. ;)
Most excellent!
Congratulations!! Our family if very girl heavy: four girls then a boy two more girls and finally another boy (one month old now). Zach is happy for a brother but loves his sisters.
Hey! Congratulations. Clan Leonardi is (almost) the inversion of your lineup. We have four boys and two girls, with the second girl sandwiched between two older and two younger brothers -- making her tough as nails. Our youngest, David, celebrated his first birthday yesterday. Congrats again.
Congratulations again!
