Our weekend plans

Three-day Memorial weekend? Yep.

Guest from out of town coming in? Check.

Big barbeque on Monday? You betcha.

Baptism to attend Saturday night? Oh yeah.

Four-year-old tests positive for strep? Of course.

That may explain part of the general combative atmosphere. And now (since the lab called, before the antibiotic arrives home) the girls are playing like a dream, and sharing cups, and hugging each other, and kissing the baby. No, girls, not that!

Oh, no! Poor baby! (the four-year-old. And, perhaps, you). I hope she will be feeling better soon, and that you have enjoyed your long weekend as much as possible!

Thanks everyone -- she's perked right up, and her sisters seem to have escaped it. Thanks for all your prayers!
